This position is responsible for supervision of assigned crew and equipment. Foreman, Roads Utilities will ensure that performed work meets the specifications outlined by the assigned jurisdiction. It is required for this position to present a professional image and attitude in all dealings with clients, the public and fellow workers. Foreman, Roads Utilities will also ensure all tasks are carried out in a safe and responsible manner.

The Ideal Candidate for this position will possess the following:

Qualifications and Experience:

• High School education or extensive experience.
• Minimum five years’ experience in paving.
• Valid Class 3 with Q endorsements AB driver’s license with clean abstract.
• Thorough knowledge of the Workers’ Compensation Board Health and Safety Regulations..
